Our charcuterie boards offer a variety of hand selected meats and artisan cheeses, and also include mustards, local jams, marinated olives, nuts and fruit. We offer smaller and larger size boards depending on the size of your appetite.
Herb Marinated Olives
A variety of castelvetrano, kalamata & nicoise olives marinated in a lemon citrus oil with a blend of thyme, oregano, chive and rosemary.
Smoked Salmon & Mascarpone
Alder wood smoked Sockeye salmon flaked over creamy mascarpone served on top of artisan crackers and covered with fresh chopped chives.
Garlic, red onion, basil chiffonade, cherry tomatoes, toasted sourdough, with balsamic glaze reduction & fresh mozzarella.
Flatbread & Hummus
Grilled flatbread & vegetable crudité served with roasted garlic hummus and olive oil.
Pretzels & Mustard
House baked large pretzels, brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with sea salt. Chef’s choice of 3 different mustards or pates.

Sliced spicy chorizo sausage, layered with sautéed bell peppers, shaved parmesan cheese and olive oil drizzle.

Spinach, micro greens, dried cranberries, chilled prawns and shaved parmesan. Balsamic vinaigrette
Black Bean & Couscous Salad
Cilantro, cumin, virgin olive oil, black beans, roasted red peppers, charred corn and Israeli couscous. Served warm or chilled.
Arugula Walnut with Blue Cheese
Zesty arugula & watercress topped with crispy radish, shaft’s blue cheese & chopped walnuts. Savory bacon dijon dressing
Mediterranean & Feta Pasta Salad
Cucumber, red onion, kalamata olive, crumbled feta, cherry tomato in a light balsamic dressing & farfalle pasta.
Date & Sorrel Goat Cheese Salad
Sorrel leaf, wild arugula, chopped tender dates, chevre goat cheese & slivered almonds. Champagne vinaigrette drizzle
All of our paninis are grilled and pressed fresh, and served with house made aiolis. Our current available bread options are: Sour French, Sweet French, Ciabatta, and Dutch Crunch.

Shaved deli ham, smoked gouda cheese, tomato & red onion confit, roasted garlic aioli.
Chicken & Pesto
Tender chicken breast, horseradish & chive havarti, basil pesto, grilled zucchini, spinach, olive oil.
